Hi James. The furthest back I've got (so far) is Robert Fuller born around 1776 in Suffolk. Unfortunately, on the census it doesn't specify where in Suffolk he was born, so getting back further might be tricky.
But the surname 'Fuller' has been recorded as far back as the 13th Century.
